3.1 Single Account Policy. Each individual may register only one phperry account. Opening or operating more than one account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to update your registration information promptly if any details change.
3.3 KYC Verification. phperry is required to verify the identity of players prior to processing withdrawals. You agree to provide government-issued identification documents and any other documentation phperry may reasonably request as part of its KYC process. Accepted Philippine documents include but are not limited to: PSA-issued National ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS ID, and PhilHealth ID.
3.4 Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your phperry username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. phperry will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use resulted from your failure to maintain credential security.
3.5 Inactive Accounts. phperry reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee or close accounts that have been dormant (no login activity) for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable Philippine law. Prior notice will be sent to the registered email address before any such action is taken.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phperry accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and select cryptocurrency networks. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
4.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. phperry reserves the right to adjust these minimums at its discretion with reasonable notice.
4.3 Processing Times. Deposits are typically credited to your phperry account within minutes of confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 4 hours for most Philippine payment methods, subject to successful KYC verification and fraud screening.
4.4 Currency. All transactions on phperry are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). phperry does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies directly. Any currency conversion costs are the sole responsibility of the Player.
4.5 Withdrawal Requirements. phperry may require full KYC completion before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or denied where: (a) KYC documentation is incomplete or inconsistent; (b) there is suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) a chargeback or dispute is pending on the account; or (d) a bonus wagering requirement has not been satisfied.
4.6 Third-Party Payments. phperry does not accept deposits from payment accounts not registered in your name. Using third-party payment methods may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
5.1 All bets placed on phperry are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product, which are accessible within the phperry platform. In the event of any conflict between general betting rules and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail.
5.2 Bet Confirmation. A bet is only valid once confirmed and accepted by the phperry system. Placing a bet constitutes an offer to wager; phperry's system acceptance constitutes acceptance of that offer. Bets placed during system errors, network interruptions, or server downtime may be voided at phperry's discretion.

7.1 You must not use the phperry platform for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with these Terms. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

8.1 All content on the phperry platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, text, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of phperry or its licensors and is protected under Philippine and international intellectual property law.
8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the phperry platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other rights are granted. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any phperry content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phperry shall not be liable for: (a) losses or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the phperry platform; (b) losses resulting from system downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions; (c) indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
9.2 phperry's total liability to you in respect of any single claim shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your phperry account at the time the claim arose.
9.3 phperry does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the platform. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary service unavailability.
10.1 phperry reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:
10.2 Upon account closure for breach of Terms, phperry may withhold outstanding balances pending investigation. If no wrongdoing is established, undisputed balances will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period.
10.3 You may request closure of your phperry account at any time by contacting phperry support. Voluntary closure does not affect any obligations already incurred.
